Dori was an active member of St. Paul the Apostle Parish, and most importantly, was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, auntie, cousin, friend and grandmother. She gave generously of her time and talent to others and was always known as an energetic, vivacious, stylish, happy person who brought much joy to others.

Dolores is survived by her only child, Candace Lynn Cowan, and her husband, Phillip G. Cowan of Eddington. She also leaves behind two much loved grandsons, Brian and Patrick, as well as two precious great-grandsons, Wyatt and Brent, two sisters-in-law who she was very close to, Lorraine White and Rosalie White. Dolores had a loving relationship with many nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends throughout her life. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 50 years, Richard F. Withee and her three brothers, William, Donald and Eugene White.

Dori’s family wishes to express gratitude to everyone who has helped to see her through, as her disease progressed, especially the staff at the Woodlands Memory Care Unit and the staff of Beacon Hospice.
