Obituary for John Taylor Milliken

John T. Milliken, 90, passed away peacefully, April 26, 2017, at a Bangor hospital.He was born in Ellsworth, February 26, 1927, the son of James F. and Eugenia (Salisbury) Milliken. John served in the US Army during WW II. He was a member of the Norman Dow VFW Post and the James Williams American Legion.
Surviving are three children, Linda M. Finnie of Franklin, N.H., Richard T. Milliken of Hampden, E. Robert Milliken of Belfast; nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife, Leona (Rankin) Milliken and
a sister, June Milliken.
Private graveside services will be held at Pine Grove Cemetery, Bangor.
Those wishing to remember him in a special way, may contribute in his memory to the Animal Orphanage, P.O. Box 565, Orono, ME. 04473.
