Sheila (Crossman) Cutler, 77, passed away June 11, 2018 after a brief illness. She was born in Brewer September 23, 1940, daughter of Norman A. and Carline M. (Jordan) Crossman.
Sheila was a graduate of John Bapst High School class of 1960, and Eastern Maine General Hospital in 1963. She attended St. Joseph’s College. In 1965 she married Dr. William H. Cutler, DMD. She worked for a time for Dr. W. C. Adams and Dr. Cutler.
Sheila was a member of the Holly Club and the Current Events Club, she met and enjoyed many friends there.
She was predeceased by her parents and her husband in 2001.
Surviving are three children and grandsons whom she loved and was very proud of; Timothy E. and wife Wendy of N.C., Kimberly M. Riitano and husband Dominick of Bangor; Rev. Shawn W. Cutler of CT.; three loving grandsons, Christopher and Stephen Riitano and Daniel Cutler.
A Funeral Mass will be held 11 am. Friday June 15, 2018 at St. Paul the Apostle Parish, St. John’s Catholic Church, 207 York St. Bangor, followed by the Rite of Committal at Mt. Pleasant Catholic Cemetery. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments at the Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith, 163 Center St. Bangor, following the services.
Gifts in her memory may be sent to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN. 38105.
