Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Peter Mackintosh can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: Kathy Pinkham
Condolence: My deepest condolences to the entire Mackintosh family. My heart goes out to you. My memories of Peter go way back to our childhood spending summers on Branch Lake. We were neighbors there and later classmates at Brewer High School. Our parents were great friends and we spent many warm sunny days swimming, boating, water skiing, and enjoying childhood. Peter was a big tease back then and since I was the only girl in the bunch (Peter and Jon and my brother Randy), I took the brunt of it. But it was all in fun. I later grew to know Peter as a classmate at Brewer High School. He loved sports back then and continued his pursuit of athletics throughout his adult life. Peter grew up to be a wonderful man, a good son, and a loving father. Hold on tight to your memories and remember all the good times you shared.

Condolence: To the family of my good friend Peter. My condolences to all of you at this very difficult time. Peter and I were classmates at Brewer High School (class of 1977) and also attended UMO together. I have many fond memories from those days. Peter was always in the pack and ready for what ever adventure came our way. And yes, their were many adventures and stories I could tell. My regrets that I will not be able to attend Peters memorial service. My sincere condolences to all of you and God bless to my good friend.

Condolence: Peter has left us too soon. I will always think of him as a great friend of my brother Jim's--a sweet, handsome, funny guy, with substance and compassion. I was always happy to see him, and so pleased to meet Sean and Erin. My husband Jim went to Brewer High School with Pete and later they were in the same program at Maine. Jim remembers a great time canoeing the Dead River together. We offer our sincere sympathy to Sean, Erin, Jon and Pat.

Condolence: We would like to leave our condolences for the Mackintosh family. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
It is so very hard to lose our loved ones when they go. Give your grief to God and he will help you through all of this. There is nothing that I can say to ease your pain, but know that you will be together again one day. Until that day I truly believe that Peter will be watching over you from above. God bless each and every one of you! Macky (((((((HUGS)))))))!!!

Condolence: Pete, I knew you for basically 50 years. You and Jon were like brothers to me. Earlier today I looked at pictures of my 6th birthday and you two were the only friends there, the only ones I had or needed then. Like so many of us who knew you I am shell-shocked at your passing. Despite my sadness my thoughts are of course mostly with Erin, Sean, Jon and your saintly Mother. I'll never forget you my dear friend.
